Matrix Medical Network Announces Strategic Partnership with Peak Health to Advance Whole Person Care and Improve Health Outcomes Across West Virginia and Surrounding Regions
Leader in Home-Based Health and Care Services Joins Forces with Provider-Led Health Plan to Engage and Support Medicare Advantage Members
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – February 2026 – Matrix Medical Network (Matrix), a leader in delivering high-quality, home-based health and care services, announces its partnership with Peak Health, a forward-thinking health insurer headquartered in Morgantown, West Virginia. This collaboration represents another milestone in Matrix’s mission to expand partnerships that drive whole-person health and care coordination nationwide.
Matrix and Peak Health are working together to engage Peak’s Medicare Advantage members through in-home Comprehensive Health Assessments and screenings. These visits are designed to identify care opportunities, close gaps and strengthen connections between members and their local providers—ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time.
Peak Health is owned by three respected not-for-profit healthcare providers – WVU Health System, Marshall Health Network and Valley Health. Peak Health is dedicated to improving outcomes for residents of West Virginia, and surrounding regions by offering accessible, understandable and collaborative health coverage. Peak Health and Matrix are rooted in common principles, such as community-based care and facilitating access in rural health settings.
