Matrix Medical Network was established 25 years ago and today, we are an independent, at-scale provider of comprehensive health assessments across our nation. Together, we develop solutions that improve member care and health outcomes.

We are the bridge between care teams, insurers, and support resources, advocating for people to get the care they need. Nationwide, our highly trained, experienced, board-certified clinicians are the eyes and ears of patient care, completing nearly 1M visits per year.

Because we are an independent organization, we empower our clinicians to make diagnostic decisions based on their expertise and what they observe during the patient encounter. We operate with the highest levels of ethics and are focused on doing the right things and doing things right.

The care we deliver is individualized and guided by what is most impactful for each of your members. We engage people in their health, identifying risks, supporting medication management and encouraging lifestyle improvements. Our clinicians educate members and focus on preventative health to improve outcomes. We see medical and social gaps in care, documenting and addressing incompatibilities between care plans and an individual’s lifestyle or environment. We are advocates, meeting people where they are in their personal care journey and empowering them to live healthier lives.

Rigorous Coding Accuracy

We continually invest in tools, training, auditing and processes that have allowed us to maintain a >98% coding accuracy rate over the years. As a provider organization, we follow Coding Guidelines derived from CMS regulatory guidelines, conducting daily audits and reviews. Our coders are required to have core credential certification through AAPC or AHIMA.

Matrix enjoys an 82 NPS score which reflects strong member satisfaction and the value patients gain from our comprehensive health assessment, helping to close care gaps and improve HEDIS scores.
