Introducing Telehealth
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and upon receiving guidance from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to expand access to care via telehealth, Matrix developed a unique telehealth program for health plan members. By leveraging telehealth, Matrix can conduct risk adjustment services through virtual Comprehensive Health Assessments (CHAs), an approach that delivers accurate risk assessment diagnoses combined with screening for COVID-19 symptoms. This solution enables Matrix to expand access to care, make health management easier and ultimately improve the efficiency of the healthcare delivery network.
