Julie Fletcher

Chief Human Resources Officer

With more than 25 years of experience in influencing and driving data driven outcomes in varying industries including healthcare, Julie brings a broad knowledge of operations, data driven outcomes, training and strategic human resources support to her role. Prior to joining Matrix, Julie served as CHRO for TheKey (formerly Home Care Assistance), the largest national provider of at home care for older adults in the U.S. While at TheKey, Julie played a key role in strategizing, designing and executing a new standard operating model which incorporated all aspects of HR that successfully impacted employees, caregivers and clients. Prior to her role at TheKey, Julie served as Chief Talent Officer/Head of HR at AMN Healthcare, the largest healthcare workforce solutions organization in the world, transforming a traditional human capital function to an innovative, strategic and data-driven partner to the business. Julie earned her BS in Human Resource Management from Cal Poly Pomona in Pomona, CA and has her MS in Management and Organizational Development from Chapman University in Orange, CA.

Julie learned commitment to excellence in all aspects of customer service and operations from the first 18 years of her career at The Walt Disney Company.

Julie has a passion for Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, building organizational approaches and measurements to include historically under-represented metrics including LGBTQ+, Veterans and Persons with Disabilities.

Julie has served on various healthcare industry boards and non-profits including Make A Wish. She is passionate about supporting underrepresented groups in how she can help propel their missions forward.
