Jill is an accomplished human resources leader with a proven ability to lead complex organizations, transform cultures and drive strategic business goals. She oversees talent acquisition, HR business partnerships, HR administration, compensation and benefits, HR technology and analytics, and professional development. Jill is responsible for leading Matrix’s team of approximately 5,000 clinicians.  Prior to joining Matrix, Jill served as HR strategic advisor and interim chief human resources officer for Kalispell Regional Healthcare. She was also vice president, human resources – delivery operations for Banner Health, a leading nonprofit healthcare organization.  Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from John Carroll University in Ohio and received her Juris Doctor from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.
